Do you ship outside of the United Kingdom?
Unfortunately we currently only ship within in the United Kingdom. It is not possible to order a product on this website from anywhere apart from the United Kingdom. So UK enquiries only please as we can not deal with any others.

How long should it take for me to receive my order once I have been emailed to say the order has shipped?
If you have selected the 1st Class Special delivery it should arrive with you next working day. 2nd Class Recorded delivery is quoted as 1 - 5 days by the Royal Mail. To get your tracking number log on to our site using your email address and password to retreive your tracking number.

Can I ship my order to a different address to that of my Invoice address?
Yes, we do allow shipping to alternative delivery addresses. If you are paying by PayPal please make sure your PayPal account is verified and the address you are using is confirmed. If you are paying with a debit / credit card please use a card registered with a Verfied by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode password. We also ask you not to change the name it is being delivered too as the receiptant of any order should be the card holder. Failure to do this will result in your order being cancelled and payment credited.
