OAKLEY CUSTOM LENS ETCHING: This is available for £15.00 it is limited to 15 characters.
There are 3 different fonts to choose from, Bark Two, Stencil and Scriptana.

Please see below the example fonts. These are a good example of the finished etching font but may not show the size of font Oakley will use, this depends on the style of lens being etched.

The build process for custom products typically takes 4-10 business days while Oakley engineers custom fit and build your glasses to your exact specifications.

"I don't normally fill in reviews but on this occasion I wanted to take the time to thank Richard for the outstanding customer service he provided to me in the run up to xmas. The initial reason I chose the internet opticians to get some oakley custom goggles as a gift for my ski mad mum was because their prices were unbeatable, with oakley themselves being much more expensive. In the end my original order was unable to be processed as oakley had run out of the colour of strap and frame that I wanted- this was only discovered due to vigilant Richard taking the time to phone them to check that my order would arrive for xmas. Richard then did everything he could to find me other frames that would tie in with the colour scheme i was looking for and he seemed to work right through xmas eve and boxing day (does this man ever have a day off?) to get the order out to me asap. In the end the goggles were hugely appreciated by my mum- who has been wearing them up cairngorm since she got them. Oakley are lucky to have such a great company selling their products."

"I was looking for a great pair of goggles at an affordable price as I am teaching skiing this season, I decided to go with internet opticians as they offer the custom colouring/lenses and as the oakley brand is very reliable. After a very quick delivery of the product I was very happy as the goggles were exactly what I had in mind and just looking at them you could tell that they were a quality product. I would definitely reccomend these goggles as they really are fantastic. The lens is very easy to replace/switxh out for an accesory lens for a different light situation. The glasses themselves are great. Vented lenses are the way forward for any sporting activity where you would normally suffer from the lenses foggin up (i.e. cycling/ mountain biking. "Brilliant pair of sunglasses - my Jawbones are so comfortable and they really hug your face, so will have no problems with them moving whilst riding, even on really rough off road. The jaw lens removal mechanism is genius; easy to use and takes seconds to switch lenses for both bright and overcast days. I got the Fire Iridium lenses for bright sunlight and the Persimmion for darker days and they work superbly.

Customisation is exactly as on Oakley\\'s website but much much cheaper from here. I saved £50 by buying from the Internet Opticians and the service was excellent. They came within 5 days which was awesome for a customised product and the communication recieved was first class."

"As with all Oakley glasses, the quality of the Jawbones is first class. The best feature of this model has to be the opening jaw which makes changing lenses easier than ever before. The fit is great and they are very comfortable.

In terms of the purchase, the service received from The Internet Opticians is also first class. They offer all the custom options available on the Oakley UK website but on the pair I ordered, I saved £20. The cost of extra lenses are also much cheaper. Despite being a custom order, the glasses were assembled and delivered within a week.

N.B. The only point to mention is that is that if you are using PayPal, make sure your delivery address is confirmed or the order could be delayed."

If you're looking for a lens to suit more changeable conditions the Blue Iridium option might be better. I intend to purchase a clear lens also to use during night/wet rides. I was also very impressed with the service from the store, super quick turnaround time and delivered on a Saturday morning (first thing) via Royal Mail Special Delivery.
