Price Promise

The Price Promise offered on here is entirely discretionary and subject to agreement between RGWS Ltd and the client before the Price Promise is approved.

The Price Promise does not apply to the following:

• Websites outside of the UK.
• eBay sales.
• Items that are not in stock on competitors website. The product page should indicate stock levels, so it is easy to see if it is in stock or out of stock. If it does not say "In Stock" on the product page it will be assumed that it is not.
• Private sales listed on the internet.
• Products of the same type but different brand names.

Please Note: that it is imperative to provide exact details of the competitors product URL so we can verify the prices listed. Additionally please remember that other websites may add delivery and even VAT on to their prices, so it is imperative that you gather the total price for the item before you send us a Price Promise email.

Note: We do not accept price promise requests over the phone please use the price match form.
